Well, my son was turning one, so we decided to throw a big party. Although he won't remember it, at least we have pictures to embarrass him with when he turns 20.
My husband came up with the helicopter name: I M 1.
As with all 1st birthday parties, we had to have a smash cake, so to go with the transportation themed party, I made him an airplane smash cake.
I would lean heavily toward the "he liked it" side.
How could you say no to those eyes? Let him eat!
